About Company
Our Finnish recruitment company is the vision of Ruchi Sahita, a wife and a mother of two with a passion for helping people. She kick-started her career as a Business Analyst in 2009 and presently working as a Quantitative Risk Analyst at a renowned international bank where she volunteers for people with disabilities and health conditions to make her workplace more inclusive and diverse.
However, despite being a volunteer for years, she didn’t realize the extent of exclusion that people with disabilities face in the job market. It finally dawned on her when she attended a seminar presented by a person with a hearing impairment. During their presentation, they mentioned how difficult it was for people with disabilities and health conditions to land a job interview, even when they have the right qualifications. The speech moved her, and from that moment, she resolved to pay her part in combating employers' unconscious bias.
Encouraged by Finland's great support for people with disabilities and health conditions and fuelled by her goal, she created a platform that makes employment for them accessible. From there, Rekry Redefined was established.
Our Mission Is Simple, To Break The Barriers
We aim to tackle biases employers have towards people with disabilities and health condition, allowing them to get access to the employment opportunities they are denied solely due to their conditions. Through our platform, we make it possible for employers create inclusive and diverse work environments with positive work cultures. At the same time, people with disabilities and health conditions get a chance to build a successful career and realize financial freedom.
